1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

  • You must request a return or exchange within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items such as “Clearance Sale” products are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

  • If the product delivered does not match the description on the website.

  • If the wrong item or wrong size/color was sent.

3. The Process
